Orders

  • Orders may include custom work. Please review your submitted details carefully before checkout.
  • Order details may be editable within the Service only while the order remains eligible for edits.
  • We may contact you to clarify order details before fulfillment.

Payments

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and policies.
  • Prices, fees, and taxes (if any) are shown during checkout.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause or cancel the order until payment is resolved.

User Content and Uploads

  • You may upload files, images, or other materials as part of your order.
  • You represent you have the rights necessary to provide the materials and that they do not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • You grant us a limited license to use submitted materials solely to produce and fulfill your order and to provide the Service.
